EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of experiential therapy that seeks to rewire the brain and reset the nervous system. It is a strategic process that allows a person to revisit difficult experiences from the past to resolve them, integrate them and move forward in their life.
EMDR is typically used for processing trauma but can also be helpful to alleviate distress in other areas of life (anxiety, depression, or an overall feeling of "stuck-ness" that many of us have felt).

If you are interested in getting a lot of work done in a short amount of time, an EMDR intensive is perfect for you.
Clients who choose this route achieve their goals faster than doing shorter, weekly sessions over time. The overall cumulative time processing is reduced significantly. This means less time in therapy, less time feeling disregulated, and more opportunity to get back to living your life.
Intensive time blocks can be booked for 2-4 hours at a time, 3 days a week. During your consultation, we can discuss what your needs are if you’re looking to utilize this option.
The fee for the EMDR intensives is $135 per hour. If booking an intensive does not fit with your budget or schedule, weekly 2-hour sessions can be booked at $270 per session.
