ABOUT ME
Hi there! I'm Candace Grahl, a therapist, wife, mother, houseplant enthusiast, pug-lover, and Bravo Housewives Historian.
As a mother to two teenage boys, I understand how difficult it can be to parent without losing yourself in the process. I am passionate about working with women to help integrate all of their life experiences to keep them moving forward. I learn so much from my clients and consider it an honor to walk alongside of them as they invite me into their story.
I began my career in community programming in my hometown in central Virginia, and continued to do so after my move to Nashville in 2015.
I received a Master of Arts Degree specializing in Clinical Mental Health from Trevecca University, and hold a provisional license as a Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP temp) to practice in the state of Tennessee.
I am EMDR (I & II) trained, as well as a certified Parent Coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting. I utilize other modalities in my therapeutic process, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
